It is not often that woman think of incorporating a bright sunny yellow like Primrose into their makeup look. Granted, this yellow is not for the faint of heart and mostly seen only in editorial makeup looks. For this month’s feature, I choose to experiment with the very popular “of the moment” blush draping. On Nada I combined peach and brown tones, working them into the hollows of the cheek bones to define and sculpt. After that I placed the Primrose to the higher planes of the cheek, bringing it all the way up to the temple and blending out. On the eyes I chose a contrasting purple which is smoked out and carried halfway across the lower lash line. Finishing this editorial look I returned to Primrose yellow and deposited the color into the lower inside lash line, instantly creating a dramatic glow.
