Create the ultimate Hamptons Chic look with Serenity
May is here , which means we are one step closer to toes in the sand and crystal blue skies. Light blue is my all time favorite summer staple. Nothing beats a fresh pair of white jeans or shorts paired with a piece of denim or blue accessories. White isn't the only thing I pair shades of blues with , I also love to pair this with Lavender, purple, and yellow to add just the right amount of color to any summer outfit. I call this look " Hampton Chic" and below I show you how to achieve these looks on every budget. Did I mention, my dog Bleu is a " bleu frenchie"? I used her as a special guest blogger to show my love for a little " something bleu " . Xoxo- Thestylepath

I got this denim maxi skirt last year for $15 at Nirvana in The Grove on summer clearance. It was actually one of the few pieces I've ever dug for since I have 0 patience for cluttered racks of clothes. It was so hot out that I paired this summer staple with a $5 crop top from Charlotte Russ, white jeweled sandals from Jessica Simpson, a light pink Satchel Purse from Tusk NYC, my favorite color stack of arm-candy, and a Oriana Lamarca choker. This Jean skirt will definietly be a staple for this upcoming spring/summer!
My shoes pictures are probably my favorite "buying on a budget spree". I found these chunky healed babies in Payless... that's right Payless for $25 dollars! I wore these yesterday and boy are they comfortable. - Shirt: Dor L' Dor Red Bank - Shorts : Express - Sunglasses : Quay bought at Sorella Bella - Watch: Rolex - ArmCandy: Oriana Lamarca - Special Guest : Bleu the Frenchie ( Thestylepath Mascot )
I love a pair of Daisy Dukes on a hot day! Another favorite of mine to pair with a basic outfit is a killer pair of gladiator shoes. found these bad boys for a steal in Macy's for $40 last summer.
Blues with a Pop of Color: Blues and yellows give the perfect spring to summer vibe. Wear these colors with ripped denim or use them to accent any ripped jeans and white T on the go outfit. -Bag: Prada
On last months blog I shared my love for all things purple and floral. I knew when I saw these floral sling back beauties that I needed to add them to my collection of shoes. - Shoes: Payless ( $22 dollars )
