Spring into Lavender: The calming Color.
People ask me all the time how I stay a stylist in the corporate world. I admit, I absolute hate work clothes and it's hard to mix the sophisticated business attire with chic runway. Now that the winter is over, I get to play around with colors, prints, and accessories. My absolute favorite transition color is tones of purple especially lavender. What better way to spring into the warmer weather than to place calming soothing colors into your wardrobe ! Below I show you how to take Radiant Orchid from the office to the yoga studio. I love florals for the spring. Floral patterns make me feel feminine and are easy to incorporate into my work style. I paired this Zara flower pencil skirt with a lavender button down top and added nude printed heals. The right amount of prints mixed with neutrals gives me enough edge while still staying polished. I can take this look from the office to a happy hour in no time with out having to feel boring or unpolished. I added my Ametrine Arm candy mixed with Lavender Jade and Purple Jasper to finish off my look for the perfect amount of accessories. The distinct purple flower helps to relieve anxiety, promotes restful sleep, and promotes comfort. I always make sure to have Lavender oil steaming from my defuser on and off my yoga mat to remind me to stay balanced, focus and calm. When it came time to choose my new yoga mat last month I choose Lavender with a floral design to remind me to stay calm in my practice. I even use the color to transition my arm candy on and off the mat. Swell Bottle: Sorella Bella Boutique Yoga Mat: Tula Yoga
